Survivors' Needs
This function shows the family situation at time of death, calculations for replacement of the monthly revenues, required capital to replace missing revenues, available liquidity and actual protection of the client. You may modify all values at this point to establish different ratios. Choose between individual or family replacement. The function will automatically calculate the value of the household activity, of the RRQ. See at a glance the amount of life insurance required for both spouses.

Disability
This function will calculate your client’s monthly benefit by entering information such as maximum monthly benefit, payment to be insured and detained monthly annuity.

Establish the gross financial needs for your new client in a minute or less. Based on generally accepted principles of the industry, with the hypothesis inscribed, REPman ABF calculates the financial needs in case of mortality, disability or serious illness as well as for retirement.

Information bullets are encountered throughout the software providing tips or by indicating the impact of an amount to be entered.

A calculator is available throughout the process so that several transactions may be added for a same value.

Living Needs
Taking into consideration the calculations for replacement of the monthly revenues, additional monthly expenses, discretionary capital and actual protection, we can now validate the lacking capital to ensure your client’s protection.

Retirement
With this module, you will be able to calculate the investment your client may be lacking to reach his retirement objectives through several hypothetical options. Questions such as: When do you intend to retire? What annual revenues do you foresee (calculated at present gross value)?  will allow to establish the investment required for reaching the retirement objectives.

A diagram of projections shows your client what is at stake and the importance of planning his retirement as quickly as possible. Through simulations, adding or subtracting parameters, for example should we put one single deposit or additional annual amounts? We want to establish when your client’s capital will be exhausted.

The Debt
How can we assist our client in adopting the best possible strategy for his future? The debt module was created to provide different scenarios based on actual real property, market value versus mortgage balance, years remaining, etc.

With the actual debt to consolidate and mortgage refinance can we free up enough liquidly for retirement?

The Mandate
Based on the financial analysis of your client’s needs and recommendations, it is time to find out if your are mandated by the client to ensure his protections. This module is important as it ensures the client has well understood the stakes of the analysis while protecting you; at the push of the Action button, a document is printed with your recommendations. This document can now be signed by the client and placed in your REPman file.

Settings
In the setting section you may choose default parameters for all clients (i.e. revenue replacement percentage, inflation rate, return rate, etc.). As well, you may modify these settings for each client if necessary. These modifications will then be saved in the client’s file.
Printing

Print the gross needs calculations or print the financial analysis of your client’s needs. You may chose to print by section as well.

You may also choose to print in PDF to transfer to your client or for archiving in REPman to follow the history of activities.
